Return Policy

🔄 7-day returns on all unopened products. Initiated returns receive a refund within 5–7 business days of the product reaching our warehouse.
Eligibility
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in its original factory-sealed packaging
- All included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are present
- The product has not been installed or mounted
- The return is initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date
Non-returnable items
- Products that have been installed, ducted, or wired
- Custom-configured or made-to-order commercial units
- Consumables: filters, gaskets, and spare parts
- Products with physical damage caused after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@ventaraindia.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product in its original condition. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a pickup request or drop-off instructions.
Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, we'll collect your bank account details over WhatsApp.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost. Defects discovered after installation are covered under the warranty policy.
GST Invoice
A GST invoice is automatically issued with every order and emailed to you at the time of dispatch. The invoice includes GSTIN, HSN code, and applicable tax breakdown. If you require a B2B invoice with your company GSTIN, add it during checkout or contact us after order placement.
