Warranty Policy

🛡️ 5-year warranty on all HRV/ERV and Fresh Air units. 3-year warranty on inline and ceiling exhaust fans. Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Motor failure under normal operating conditions
  • PCB and electronic control failures (not due to power surge)
  • Heat exchanger core failure (HRV/ERV units)
  • Fan blade or impeller failure (not caused by foreign objects)

Ventara will repair or replace the defective unit at its discretion. Replacement parts or units are covered for the remaining warranty period of the original product.

What is Not Covered

  • Physical damage from improper handling, transport, or installation
  • Damage from electrical surges, improper voltage supply, or water ingress
  • Filter replacement (consumable) — see filter replacement schedule
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
  • Normal wear: gaskets, seals, and surface finishes
  • Products used in conditions outside the rated specifications (temperature, humidity, altitude)

How to Claim Warranty

Email warranty@ventaraindia.com with:

  • Order number and date of purchase
  • Product model and serial number (on the unit label)
  • Clear description of the fault
  • 2–3 photos or a short video showing the issue

Our team will acknowledge within 1 business day and dispatch a service engineer within 7 business days for on-site inspection. For verified defects, repair or replacement will be completed within 14 business days.

Installation Requirement

Warranty is valid regardless of installation method (self-installed or professionally installed). However, if a failure is attributed to incorrect installation, the warranty claim will be evaluated accordingly.
