Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote locations: 6–8 business days
Delivery timelines start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched the same day.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders up to ₹50,000 in most serviceable pin codes. A ₹99 COD handling fee applies. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery pin code.
💡 For high-value HRV/ERV units, we recommend prepaid payment to avoid delivery delays and for faster processing.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with:
- Courier partner name and AWB (tracking) number
- Direct tracking link
- Estimated delivery date

Delivery Partners
We ship with Delhivery, BlueDart, and Shiprocket depending on your location. Ventara products are packed in double-walled corrugated boxes with anti-vibration padding — units are tested post-delivery and the warranty covers any transit damage reported within 48 hours.
Undelivered & Returned Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails 3 times, the shipment is returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery (additional charges apply) or a refund. For COD orders, the product is held for 7 days before return.
